Q4. Can I make an online reservation for a limo with Royal Canadian Limo?

Answer: We just made our presence on the web and a secured 'Reservations' page of our website is yet to be launched. You can however use our "Quick Online Booking Form" to provide your quick details and our representative will get in touch with you for further details and confirmation of booking or you can use our telephone numbers or email to contact us for reservations and queries.

Q5. What payment methods are accepted by Royal Canadian Limo?

Answer: We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners and Discover.

Q6. Do I need to inform you about any flight delays or flight changes or missed flights?

Answer: Our system monitors and updates any delays in flights so you do not have to inform us about the delays in your flights. But we do need to be informed of any change in flights or missed flights.

Q7. Can I make last minute reservation for a vehicle?

Answer: Though the last minute reservations cannot be guaranteed but we do make every attempt to accomodate our clients. So please call us and we will do whatever we can to arrange the required vehicle.

Q8. What if I cannot find my driver? / Whom should I contact if I cannot locate the vehicle / driver?

Answer: Under normal circumstances, the chauffeur should be waiting for your arrival at the prearranged ground transportation area to meet and greet you. But in case of any contingency or if you cannot find / locate your chauffeur, just give us a call at the phone numbers provided at Contact Us page and apprise us of your exact location which will be communicated to the chauffeur in no time.

Q9. How do I cancel my reservation? Are there any cancellation charges?

Answer: Royal Canadian Limo has a standard cancellation policy which varies with the vehicles. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us about the cancellations to avoid any charges.
In order to avoid the charges, you need to inform us about the cancellation at least 2 hours prior to pick-up time for the Sedans while for other vehicles a notice of cancellation is required at least 48 hours before the pick-up time.

Answer: We serve our clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week so feel free to contact us whenever you need our services.

Q11. Will the chauffeur help me with my luggage?

Answer: All our drivers are extremely courteous and are trained to extend any help to the customers if they need any.

Q12. Do I need to tip my chauffeur?

Answer: The chauffeur's remuneration includes the standard gratuity and he would therefore never ask for a tip. The passengers are not required to tip the chauffeur but this is totally at their discretion and they may do that as an acknowledgement of good services.
